If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased please contact us within 7 days of having received the goods.
If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of munk FELT. You will need to provide proof of purchase to return or exchange the product.

Shipping is via Registered or Express Post and costs are as specified per item. If the item is in stock it will be posted out within 3 business days and if there is a delay we will notify you.
INTERNATIONAL
Our prices are in AU$ and international orders do not attract 10% GST. The savings on the GST will be put towards shipping costs.As costs very a great deal on international deliveries we have to quote each order separately. Upon placing your order please contact us via email on: munk@munk.com.au and ask for a shipping quote. Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Goods are insured up to the value of $500.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Forms of payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all via through PayPal. If you would like to pay by bank deposit, please email us directly with your order.
Store Security: We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

CURRENCY INFORMATION
All prices are in Australian Dollars and munk FELT will charge your credit card in Australian dollars. If you live outside Australia, and have a foreign currency credit card, the Australian amount will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rates. Please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can be different depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Joining our mailing list is optional and we will only add your name to our mailing list if you request it. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- email address
These are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.
